ES Kariyer, the first and only company that provides services for the employment of disabled persons, was founded in 2016 by Esra Odabaşı. Furthermore, Esra, a disabled person herself, supports the provision of correct communication and interaction by taking an active role in the triangle of disabled employees, employers and human resources, and was chosen as the Female Social Entrepreneur of the Year by Garanti BBVA & KAGİDER & Ekonomist in 2019.
