While disability employment in Turkey is mostly handled within the framework of social responsibility, ES Kariyer was established to position disability employment as a strategic human resources area; the goal was not just to find jobs, but to permanently change the business world's perspective.
2017 · Bringing the Story to the Public for the First Time
ES Kariyer's approach was featured in the national press for the first time, and it was explained to large masses that a new language is possible in disability employment; inclusivity began to become a spoken transformation area rather than a silent issue.
2018 · Taking the Stage
With the PERYÖN Main Stage speech held at Lütfi Kırdar, ES Kariyer was introduced to thousands of HR professionals; disability employment was moved to the center of the mainstream human resources agenda for the first time. The "Notice, Make a Difference" TEDx speech held in the same year turned into a call for individual and corporate transformation, emphasizing that inclusivity starts with awareness, not just policies.
2019 · Social Entrepreneurship
The social impact created by ES Kariyer was awarded by Garanti BBVA by being selected among Turkey's Women Social Entrepreneurs. In the same year, the inclusive recruitment model was explained at the global DEI conference in the Netherlands; a social enterprise originating from Turkey took place on the international stage as a solution producer.
2020 · Digital Transformation and Global Success
ES Kariyer's impact was registered on an international scale by winning the Best Social Enterprise of the Year award given by BBVA in Spain.
2021 · Inclusivity Leadership
Inclusivity trainings were not limited to human resources teams; efforts carried out with senior executives and leadership teams gained momentum, making inclusivity a strategic management issue.
2022 · Scaling Knowledge
By being selected as the only social enterprise finalist in the Entrepreneurship World Cup, it was shown that social impact can gain a strong place in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
2023 · Concrete Return of Impact
Reaching a strong ecosystem of more than 150 business partners and 7000 candidates, the 500th job placement was realized, turning the transformation created by ES Kariyer into the career stories of hundreds of individuals.
2024 · Knowledge Production and Standard Creation
Inclusivity and disability employment were made part of mainstream business world discussions through national media broadcasts, live programs, and published articles.
2025 · Measurable Inclusivity Era
With the launch of the Able4All brand, a new era was initiated where companies can measure their inclusivity levels, create a roadmap, and plan sustainable transformation.
2026 · Employment with Artificial Intelligence
While the journey strengthened with national and international awards expanded with new successes in Marmara and Baku, the PowerPool AI launch was held; inclusive employment was made scalable with artificial intelligence-supported decision mechanisms for the first time.
