WHAT WE DO?
The employment of disabled personnel has become a necessity for the private sector as well as public institutions with 30th Article of the Labor Law No. 4857. Employers that employing 50 or more employees within the same provincial boundaries are obliged to employ 3% of their current employees. As ES Career, we find qualified candidates for the right position. Our priority is to provide the correct use of the active workforce. So as ES Career we ensure that suitable candidates are placed in appropriate positions. During the interview we learn the competencies of the candidate and their qualifications in the technical sense, we also contact personally with candidates and get information directly about their disability.
After talking to the candidates, we refer about the details of their disability and then send their CV’s to related positions of related companies.The situation of disability should be conveyed in detail to the employer’s side, so that the employer can position the person in the right place and that both parties will be able to provide sustainable employment in a comfortable and happy way.After the interviews we made with our HR experience, we send the CVs of the candidates as a report to the companies and we provide details about the specific situation of the person in this report. We underline the special circumstances, if any, and we proceed in the recruitment process after a consensus on compliance.
In this way, we help companies to fill their 3% obligatory disabled staff with appropriate candidates and we ensure that disabled candidates are actively involved in business life.
Coaching is a service to guide people to achieve their professional goals, to create an action plan for them and to provide professional support. There is a need for a career coach in order to raise awareness of the person in business life, clarify career goals and determine the actions that will be effective for his/her career. The coach encourages the employee to work towards a strategic goal and helps to raise his/her potential.
Mentoring in simple terms can be defined as a relationship or link established between someone who is experienced and someone who is not. The experienced mentor will share with the mentee their lessons learned and any relevant insights that the mentee may benefit from when confronting life or career issues. Mentor is a guide for the employee to adapt to the corporate culture and to overcome the challenges that are waiting for him in his new position.
With our coaching and mentoring services, we as ES Career support our candidates to use their potential in the most effective way in their business life. We support them with our coaching services and contribute to sustainable employment. With our knowledge and experience in Human Resources, we help our candidates develop their business goals and strategies. As a mentor, we are constantly without candidates to ensure the consistency of them in the workplace and to increase their commitment to the firm.
We provide communication training to HR teams of companies in order to ensure correct communication with employees with disabilities through programs designed specifically for their needs. We are aware of the difficulties that people with disabilities face in their employment process and we provide various trainings to HR teams of companies.
We design various trainings to increase communication and awareness for non-disabled employees. We offer these trainings, where empathy and sensitivity are at the forefront, by designing them with the principle of “no discrimination but participation “and presenting them in different ways according to the values of the company.
Together with our team of experts on social responsibility projects, we design programs that we share our know-how and implement these projects according to company’s mission from the beginning to the end.
Apart from all these, we design specially designed trainings for the disabled employees who will be recruited to the companies. In these trainings, we aim to raise awareness about these issues by focusing on personal development and communication.
We provide companies information about their legal obligations related to the disability employment and we prepare a SGK-based report by retrospectively calculating the potential fines that may occur.
